This Front Brush Plate is strong and lightweight with the main plate part being aluminium and the mounting brackets being strong powered coated steel. These are for people who didn’t have the factory Syncro bash plate or have fitted one of our epic CVC Produced Swing Out Wheel Carriers and the factory drop down wheel carrier is now redundant. They use the original Syncro factory mounting holes that the OEM bash plate used, though you may have to make those slightly wider. We also added some other fixing points for those wanting to go belt and braces! Water-cooled 2wd Adventure Vans can also fit these but you will need to drill the holes that the Syncro has mostly as standard. These do not fit vans with the early air cooled type chassis.

The front wrap around design protects the front and underside of the van and fits all vans with factory metal bumpers. Shown in the product images is Syncro fitment on the white van and 2wd fitment on the yellow van.

What if you want to keep your original clam shell carrier? No problem, these fit right over that and it can still be got to relatively easy by quickly removing the 6 x bolts that go into captive nuts in the HD mounting brackets provided.
