Frequently asked questions and customer info.
Because we ship orders all over the world, our website automatically shows prices based on where it thinks you’re browsing from.
If you’re in the UK, prices should normally include UK VAT (20%).
However, if you’re using a VPN (such as Surfshark or a similar service), or sometimes when browsing on a mobile phone or tablet, your internet connection can appear to be in another country. When this happens, our website assumes you’re an overseas customer and temporarily displays prices without UK VAT.
Don’t worry—once you enter your UK delivery address during checkout, the website recognises that your order is being delivered within the UK and automatically adds the correct UK VAT before you pay.
If you’re shopping from outside the UK, UK VAT is removed because you’ll normally pay any taxes or import charges required by your own country instead.
VPNs are great for protecting your online privacy, but they can sometimes cause confusion when shopping online by making websites think you’re browsing from a different country.
If an item shows as available to purchase (for example, 8 in stock), you’re welcome to order as many as you need.
We hold stock across multiple warehouse locations, with all orders usually being dispatched from our central distribution centre in West Sussex, UK. Because of this, orders containing Front Runner products are listed with a delivery estimate of up to 10 days.
In most cases, your order will arrive much sooner than this, and we’re often able to dispatch much faster than the estimated timeframe. We simply prefer to provide a realistic delivery window so there are no surprises.
The important thing is that if an item is shown as in stock, you can order it with confidence. Your order will be delivered within the timeframe shown for the shipping option you select at checkout, and we’ll do everything we can to get it to you as quickly as possible.
We can offer trade discounts on many of our products. What we don’t do is offer discounts on single order purchases so if you want 5 or more of anything then drop us a line. UK trade customers must be a registered company and be VAT registered. We don’t class some matey boy who is doing some cash in hand and work on the side as a trade customer.
If you are outside the UK and want to collect your order from us here in the UK there is a way of doing this. Because you are outside of the UK when orders are shipped we don’t charge you the UK VAT at 20% and your own country collects that as part of the import duty process. If you collect your order from us here we have to charge you the UK VAT as this is classed as a UK sale. All you need to do if you are located outside of the UK and want to collect parts from our location is to use your own address as the billing address and our location as a shipping address.

When you do this our system will open up a Click & Collect button so you don’t pay any shipping and your order will be processed and we will let you know when your order is ready for collection. You can still pay in Euro or USD as usual.
When you made an order with us we have a box that you must click in order to be taken through to the final steps and pay for the order. The box you ticked confirms that you have read our T&C’s of sale before you were able to go to the final step of paying for your order. Our full T&C’s can be found HERE
You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The easiest way to do this is to return the goods to us in accordance with the below instructions. If you are unable to return the goods to us before the 14 day period has expired you need to notify us of your intention to cancel, always within the 14 day period. To do so, simply email enquiries@campervanculture.com.
We will then refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and require proof that the order has been returned. Any items returned to us must be in their original condition and unopened packaging and all labelling attached – if they’re not, we will be unable to accept them and they will be distroyed. We will make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. If any goods are returned to us as not working or faulty and they are found to be fully working and no fault found no refund at all will be given and you will be charged for any extra costs we have incurred for shipping and admin/testing time. Any warranty covers only the actual amount you were charged for the item, and does NOT include return shipping, installation charges, storage, towing, loss of time, inconvenience, lodging, etc. We charge a 15% restocking fee on the total order (incl shipping) on all parts that are sent back due to you changing your mind or of you order the wrong part.
Domestic & International orders – Once you have received your order from us you have a period of 7 days to inspect the contents of your parcels and notify us of any problems. The reason we set this strict rule and time frame is that customs can quite often check parcels of an international order and tape them back up. 99% of the time the government department in your home country do a pretty good job in putting everything back together as it was and this standard procedure is trouble free and a necessary procedure to keep you safe. If do you see customs tape on your parcel and there is an issue and if you leave it more than 7 days to let us know, there will be nothing that we can physically do to help you. It will be outside of the timeline set by our shipping companies that allows us to help you. If in doubt, check.
Once you have read the above to make sure your return is valid please return your order to the address below,
