We are extremely proud of this one. We will try to work out a shipping rate for these but we are currently only offering local click & collect from either our HQ in West Sussex or possibly Jed’s house in South London/Surrey borders.

The CVC HD steel rear bumper is powder coated in matt black and features internal strengthening that replaces the factory bumper irons and the CVC HD rear bumper uses the same mounting points to fix directly to the rear chassis. The bumper will also feature two lashing points on the front to use as you see fit. The design of this amazing bumper took into consideration all of the things we didn’t really like about what else is on offer and we have come up with something totally unique. Strength was key and by having so may folds and angles, this makes the bumper amazingly strong. Departure angle was something that was also considered greatly.. It is proving extremely valuable having such a well travelled Transporter as a base to make all this stuff from. There are clear signs of impact damage showing the vulnerable areas so we know what needs protecting. The whole rear quarters are protected as well as the rear valence. Ours had taken a real whack here over the years.

Total weight 37KG

We popped the standard bumper with tow bar on the scales that come off Jed’s van and it was 18KG, so replacing that factory set up with our rear HD bumper is a weight gain of just 19kg. We do sell a 10mm rear spring spacer that just pops on the top of the rear springs if you do have weight concerns. Please see those in the related items.
