A pair of Campervan Culture front shock extenders perfect for use on dampers fitted to raised vehicles. These add 30mm of height to your shocks to help keep them within their mid-range. These shock extenders are known to fit the standard VW shocks that use the OEM tread size of 1.0mm. We know that Old Man Emu, Bilstein B6 and VW factory shocks use the 1.0 thread size but we do offer another shock extender with a different thread known to be used on some aftermarket shocks such as Fox, KYB shocks etc. They can be found in the related items.

Fitment note: you may need to grind off the top square section of your shocks before screwing these on top with threadlock. These also fit OEM shocks and may not fit aftermarket shocks with a different thread.

2025 product info update – We are not quite sure what is going on with shock absorber manafacturing but the companies that make them have their batches all over the place and none of them are sticking to a single thread size. This is difficult for us to list the shocks that these extenders fit so we leave it with you to check the tread size of the shocks you need to extend. We have all three of the types used made and listed now for you to choose from.
