Our new Nomad wheels have officially landed…

and they’re exactly the kind of tough, purpose-built kit we’ve always wanted for our own travels. After decades of off-road miles, wild camps, breakdowns, border crossings, and some very questionable “roads,” we took everything we’d learned and built the wheel we wished had always existed.

The result?

The CVC 16″ Nomad Steel Wheel — exclusive to Campervan Culture and designed specifically for the VW T25/T3/Vanagon (2WD & Syncro).

These aren’t just good-looking wheels. They’re adventure wheels.
The kind you bolt on when you plan to go further, climb steeper, or disappear deeper into the mountains — and still want to make it home again.

So we combined OEM heritage with a fresh, modern edge, added a simulated beadlock design for the right amount of attitude (and road legality), and built a wheel that could genuinely take a beating.
