Why A Fitting Kit Included? 

Our wheels have a tapered fitting surface unlike the original VW wheels that use a shoulder fitting. We include new fitting kits to our bundle to make things super easy for you.

Why These Tyres?

We have personally used BFG tyres for many years. We have found them to be the best quality and they last a very long time. When going through new tyre reviews other tyres can score high but a new tyre review can be misleading. What we personally found is that these tyres are good thought the whole life of the tyre. Not just when they are brand new.

That’s why we’ve bundled the key components to lift your suspension by 30–35mm – giving you greater ground clearance, better protection for your engine and undercarriage, and the confidence to explore where the tarmac ends.

We’ve been supplying these parts individually for years, but after countless questions from fellow adventurers wanting to get their van to the same spec as our trusty yellow rig “The Vanagwan,” we decided to create this complete lift kit bundle.

What’s Included in the 30–35mm Lift Kit Bundle:

• 25mm Suspension Spacers (Front & Rear)
  Adds ~30–35mm overall ride height, ideal for navigating rutted gravel roads and uneven trails.

• Top Ball Joint Spacers
  Correct your front-wheel geometry post-lift. Without these, your wheels start to angle inwards – like a sea lion’s flippers – compromising handling. These spacers keep your wheels in spec for a stable, planted feel even after the lift.

• Rear CV Joint Spacers
  Lifting puts strain on your rear CV joints – these spacers help relieve that by realigning the drivetrain angles and reducing long-term wear.

• Rear Shock Extenders
  Rear shocks often max out after a lift. These extenders ensure full travel, preserving ride comfort and off-road capability.

Get a Level Ride – Tailored for Real-World Van Life Loads

Every van is a little different. From diesel engines to custom camper conversions, your weight distribution affects how the van sits. Most campers sag on one side (usually the driver’s) due to kitchen units, water tanks, etc.

That’s why we recommend a quick pre-install check:

1. Measure from the centre of each wheel hub to the underside of the wheel arch.

2. Let us know the numbers.

3. We’ll calculate if one of our 10mm rear corner spacers is required to even out your ride if needed. Or just add one yourself from the related items,

For example:

• If your rear left measures 43cm and rear right is 44cm, we’ll suggest 10mm spacers  to balance things out.

• This gives you a level platform for your lift and keeps the van looking and driving right, even under load.

Note: These 10mm spacers are not compatible with the front wheels in this lift kit. The kit is carefully tuned to work with the front geometry as-is.

Important Fitment Note:

These wheels use tapered fitting seats, unlike your original OEM shouldered fittings. To fit these properly, you must use a wheel nut conversion set included.

Note: As UK wheels, these do not come with EU TUV certification, which is not required for UK use.
